Happy Easter Sunday: Tracee Ellis Ross Collection Review | Milk and Honey Visit

I have been an admirer of Tracee Ellis Ross since her days on the show – Girlfriends! This lady exudes so much style, confidence and grace! I knew she wouldn’t let me down, so I anticipated her debuting collection at JCPenney! Even more so, because it included styles for curvy girls like myself! Ecstatically, I grabbed the Bliss Robe Jacket & matching Bliss Cuff Pants (both SOLD OUT) the day that they released. And almost like many other things I purchase, it went into my closet to possibly be never seen again. LOL Not because I didn’t want to wear it, but because I had no place fabulous enough to wear it to! Then Easter Sunday came…

I loved everything about my pant suit. I received so many compliments and a bunch of “Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas Suh!” as I left church! I paired it with a Pussy Bow Blouse from Eloquii and a pair of Striped Pointed Toe Flats (SOLD OUT) from Lane Bryant. I can’t wait to rock it again!

Ps. After church, my girls and I had to feed our bodies after feedings our souls. We headed to Milk & Honey located on Cascade (ATL). When I tell yall that the food was AH-mazing and the staff/customer service was superb! This made me smile as it is a black owned business! And whenever I can show my support to those rich in melanin, it is well with my soul!

We had a few rounds of mimosas for the table and for my entree, I ordered Fried Fish (Whiting) and a Red Velvet Waffle! As I write this blog post, I am already planning my next visit! Go see it for yourself! You won’t be disappointed! Oh, and tell them that I sent you! Ps. You won’t save any money by mentioning my name! LOL
